VERTICAL MANUFACTURING

Aschenez Shipyards bring together over twenty years of expertise in the construction of pleasure boats, within a fully integrated production system where up to 90% are carried out internally. Across every stage—from design to production, from materials selection to final detailing—each yacht is developed through a continuous dialogue between advanced technologies and human expertise.

This approach allows for rigorous control and operational flexibility, enabling the shipyard to respond efficiently to complexity while upholding the highest standards. More than one hundred professionals contribute to a process defined by precision, consistency, and a shared commitment to excellence.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

The shipyards extend over a production area of 20,000 sqm, of which 9,500 sqm are covered, structured into specialized departments working in close coordination.

FIBERGLASS AND CARBON FIBER INFUSION MOLDING

The entire production process is carried out internally, using advanced infusion technologies and state-of-the-art machinery. The extensive use of fiberglass and carbon fiber allows the combination of structural strength, reduced weight, and refined surface quality.

Among the most recent developments is the introduction of structural tanks, designed to ensure superior resistance and long-term reliability compared to traditional solutions.

CARPENTRY

The realization of the wooden components reflects a deep-rooted artisanal expertise, where precision and material knowledge define each element.

Alongside traditional craftsmanship, new solutions have been introduced, including the use of lightweight, recyclable structural honeycomb panels for sub-deck walls, replacing conventional wood. This innovation significantly reduces overall weight, improving performance and efficiency.

Further developments include the gradual replacement of internal wooden structures with high-density polyethylene infused with resin, increasing durability and structural integrity.

UPHOLSTERY

Sartorial care and continuous research into materials define the upholstery department, where fabrics, textures, and finished are selected to create environments that are both refined and durable.

Each detail contributes to an onboard atmosphere that combines comfort, aesthetics, and long-term performance.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Onboard electrical systems are developed and pre-configured internally, allowing greater control and efficiency throughout the entire production process. From pre-wiring assembly and testing of electrical panels, each component is engineered to ensure reliability, continuity, and seamless integration.

This approach enables faster intervention, reduced downtime, and the continuous development of new solutions, ensuring that every system evolves alongside the yacht’s performance and onboard experience.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly represents the convergence of all production phases. At this stage, every component is brought together with precision, transforming individual processes into a cohesive and functional whole. It is here that the project fully takes shape.

PAINTING

The painting process is optimized at every stage, from surface preparation to final application, ensuring consistency and durability over time.

Color is treated as both a technical and aesthetic element. External customization has always been a distinctive feature of Invictus Yacht, with 17 color options available—metallic or matte, in both classic and extended versions—allowing each yacht to express a defined and personal identity.

TANK TESTING

A dedicated test basin within the shipyard allows for thorough verification of each yacht. Every system is tested under controlled conditions, ensuring performance, safety, and construction quality for every unit produced.

FINISHING

Finishing is where craftsmanship becomes most visible. The attention to detail, the precision of each junction, and the care in material application define the final quality of the yacht. It is the expertise and dedication of specialized craftspeople that ensure each vessel meets the highest standards.

ELECTRONIC WAREHOUSE

A highly optimized warehouse system supports the entire production flow, ensuring constant control over inventory and immediate availability of components. Advanced storage solutions allow maximum use of space while maintaining speed, precision, and real-time traceability. The result is a more efficient, responsive system, capable of reducing delays and supporting a seamless production process.

LOGISTICS

The internalization of logistics and transport processes ensures full operational control across the supply chain, from production to delivery. This approach enhances responsiveness, allowing the shipyard to adapt quickly to changing needs, timelines, and specific requirements. Greater flexibility and tailored logistics solutions translate into efficiency, reliability, and a consistently high level of service.
