Innovation at Aschenez Shipyards is not a single phase of the process, but a continuous approach that informs every stage of design and production.
Research and development guide Invictus Yachts in the evolution of materials, technologies, and construction methods, with the objective of achieving a precise balance between performance, efficiency, and aesthetics. Through constant experimentation and refinement, each solution contributes to defining a contemporary vision of Invictus, where engineering and design evolve together.

CARBON

All Invictus yachts are developed using advanced infusion technologies and an extensive use of carbon fiber, combining structural strength, reduced weight, and refined surface quality, while optimizing both production efficiency and sustainability.

PRE-PREG

The introduction of pre-preg carbon fiber represents a further evolution in the production process.
Compared to traditional infusion, this technology allows for greater control over material distribution, reducing excess resin and ensuring more consistent structural performance. The result is a lighter, more precise construction, with enhanced aesthetic definition and improved efficiency, while also minimizing waste and contributing to a cleaner, more controlled working environment.

A significant milestone is represented by the GT280 Carbon Look, where the black finish is not the result of paint, but a transparent treatment that enhances the natural properties of carbon fiber, highlighting its technical, structural, and visual identity.

HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

A further development involves the replacement of traditional wooden internal structures with high-density polyethylene infused with resin.
This material ensures greater durability, resistance, and long-term stability, representing a decisive step toward more advanced and reliable construction standards.

HONEYCOMB PANELS

Among the most relevant innovations is the introduction of structural honeycomb panels, lightweight and recyclable, used for sub-deck walls in place of traditional wood.
This solution significantly reduces the overall weight of the yacht, contributing to improved performance, lower fuel consumption, and a more efficient use of resources, while maintaining high structural resistance.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

The continuous evolution of materials and processes contributes to a measurable reduction in environmental impact.
Weight reduction leads to improved efficiency and lower consumption, while the use of recyclable materials and optimized production techniques reduces waste and enhances sustainability.

This approach reflects a broader vision, where innovation is not only technical, but also responsible.
